Bangor Daily News shares an opinion letter featuring ASCC Floating Wind Tech

The Bangor Daily News published an opinion letter titled, “Maine can be a clean energy leader with offshore wind” featuring the University of Maine Advanced Structures & Composites Center’s (ASCC) Floating Offshore Wind Technology with a photo of the ASCC’s Founding Executive Director, Dr. Habib Dagher, in the Alfond W2 Wind/Wave Tank.

“The floating offshore wind turbines in development at the University of Maine Advanced Structures and Composites Center have the potential to be the best and most important of any in the world,” (BDN).
